1900 Series
Series of UV curable epoxies all 100% solids, contain no solvents and are curable with long wave ultra violet light. The use of these systems can result in boards and components coated and cured in a matter of seconds – eliminating the need for extended room temperature, or oven cures.

OPTOCAST
Low shrinkage and clear adhesives for Photonic and Fiber Optic Assemblies. All OPTOCAST materials are designed for fast, precise bonding of optical and electronic components. Featuring low stress, optical clarity, minimal shrinkage upon cure, very low coefficient of thermal expansion (C.T.E.) values, and excellent moisture resistance.

EMCAST
Our core adhesives offerings of epoxies and other adhesives for Electronics and general adhesive applications. Featuring very low levels of ionic contamination and exceeding the requirements of NASA Reference Publication 1124 on outgassing. EMI also offers acrylate based UV cure materials, single and two component thermal cure epoxy adhesives. Customized formulations and packaging are also available.

mCAST Adhesives for Medical Device and disposable bonding processes. Unique to the medical market, the mCAST product line contains several products:

• UV and UV and/or thermally curable cationic epoxy formulations
• UV and UV and/or thermally curable acrylic and urethane formulations
• Single and two component thermally curable epoxy formulations
• Water based acrylic emulsions
