3M Thermally Conductive Acrylic Interface Pad 5550H is intended to give a preferred heat transfer path amid heat producing components like integrated circuit (IC) chips and heat spreaders such as aluminum heat sinks. 3M pads 5550H consist of a remarkably conformable, yet slightly tacky acrylic elastomeric sheet filled with conductive ceramic particles. 3M 5550H is also exceptionally soft allowing the ability to fill the gap easily.
