We have a direct line of communication with the lead engineers with all of our manufacturers to ensure the applications are effective and appropriate.

Sourcing
Simply; let Rathbun do the work for you. We can study the application and match the right product, with the right perfromance characteristics. Rathbun knows where to find the right material. We know how to get products die-cut and injection molded. We can either source it in-house, or work with the best out-sourced providers. Whether the challenge is cost-control, or an extremely intricate part we can meet the need.

Custom Die Cutting
No part is too easy or too hard. We can provide 1,000,000 or 1. Prototype stage to full-line production we have done it, seen it, and made it happen.

We get you the bids quickly, and delivery is equally fast.

The application can be gaskets, seals, or anything similar.

Rathbun is accustumed to meeting tight tolerances and even tighter dead lines. We are able to work with any material including E-A-R thermoplastics and thermosets, Viton, FKM, Silicon, EPDM, and Nitrile, as well as EMI/RFI materials.

We provide local custom injection molding. Prototype stage to full-line production.

UV Machine Maintenance, Certification & Calibration
Rathbun has qualified technicians to service and repair UV spot curing machines. Rathbun provides loaners while your machine is in for repairs. We also provide calibration and certification for all manufacturers.
