What are Rathbun’s lead times?
  • Lead times for custom parts will be stated in your personalized quote.
  • Lead times for distribution parts not currently in stock may range from 7–13 weeks, depending on the material, and will ship upon receipt from the manufacturer.
  • If an item is in stock, the lead time is 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed.
  • Lead time to apply PSA is 2–3 business days after order confirmation. Larger PSA jobs and sample rolls may require additional time and will be stated on your order confirmation.

What are your hours of operation?
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
 
Which shipping methods do you offer?
We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, XPO, and customer-preferred carriers. All shipments are EXWorks, unless otherwise specified. Customers may provide their own carrier account numbers. Orders confirmed as pre-pay and add will include insurance.
 
Do you do international shipments?
Yes. International shipments require a customer-provided shipping collect account number or must be arranged through a freight forwarder. All shipments are EXWorks, unless otherwise specified. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
 
How do I obtain a RoHS/REACH compliance certificate?
RoHS/REACH compliance certificates are available under the product pages of our website. If you need a certificate for a specific product, please contact customer service or email sales@rathbun.com.
