Rathbun Associates, Inc. Refund and Return Policy
At Rathbun, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer satisfaction. We stand behind every product we manufacture and ship and will work with you to resolve any issues involving defective or damaged items in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Returns, Claims, and Refunds Policy
All requests for returns, replacements, or credits must be submitted within sixty (60) days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns and/or Refunds
Goods may be eligible for return or refund only if all of the following conditions are met:
Cancellations
Orders for custom-fabricated or made-to-order products are non-cancelable once accepted. This condition will be clearly stated in the customer’s personalized quote and/or order confirmation.
Custom parts are also non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the product is determined by Rathbun to be defective.
Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) issued by Rathbun prior to shipment. Returns received without an approved RMA may be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
How to Request a Return
Customers must contact Rathbun’s customer service team or email sales@rathbun.com
within sixty (60) days of delivery to request a return. Requests must include the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable.
All returns require prior approval. Once approved, Rathbun will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and provide routing and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee, unless the return is the result of a verified defect or an error on Rathbun’s part.
Refunds & Replacements
Upon inspection and approval of the returned item, Rathbun, at its sole discretion, will elect to issue one of the following remedies:
Limitation of Liability
Rathbun’s liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product. Under no circumstances shall Rathbun be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

- A verifiable quality issue or defect exists
- The goods are unused, unaltered, and in original condition
